■ Super Strength opaque/2 toned co-extruded HDPE or LDPE material which is high impact and tear resistant.
■ Total resistant to attack from all liquids, greases, solvents and oils.
■ Matt white panels for spirit based ballpoint pens to write on.
■ Edge printing along the sides of the bags to detect any attempts to cut them off and re-welding.
■ Specially designed closure of the bags to allow the mouth of the bag to be completely covered and shut by the tamper evident security tape when sealed. This provides a more tamper resistant closure than the conventional folded flaps.
■ A one piece constructed tamper evident tape is used for the sealing of the bag closure. This design is far more secure than the 2 stage sealing design where it uses hot-melt glue to provide the adhesion. Hot-melt glue is very unstable when heated thus compromising its security.
■ The tape will provide a clear permanent evidence on attempts to open the seal with solvent, extreme heat and cold, mechanical peeling or cutting and resealing the tape with a transparent adhesive tape.
