Dragon WP - Strong indicative security seal with metal locking device
1. The Dragon Seal WP is etched with permanent laser marking. Laser marking offers high security because it cannot be removed and replaced.
2. Ultrasonic welding technology is used to fasten caps to the seals. Ultrasonic welding creates a permanent bonding that is too strong to be cut or forced open without leaving clear evidence of tampering.
3. The ribbed pattern on the seal cap and locking body is an extra security feature that provides clear evidence if the seal has been cut or tampered with.
4. Metal clip locking provides better locking and greater pull strength to the long, thick strap.

Fast Seal - All Purpose Metal Locking Seal
1. All Mega Fortris seals are etched with permanent laser marking. The laser marking offers high security because it cannot be removed and replaced.
2. Mega Fortris uses ultra sonic welding technology to fasten caps to the seals. Ultra Sonic welding is permanent and it is too strong to be cut or forced open without clear evidence of tampering.

■ Super Strength opaque/2 toned co-extruded HDPE or LDPE material which is high impact and tear resistant.
■ Total resistant to attack from all liquids, greases, solvents and oils.
■ Matt white panels for spirit based ballpoint pens to write on.
■ Edge printing along the sides of the bags to detect any attempts to cut them off and re-welding.
■ Specially designed closure of the bags to allow the mouth of the bag to be completely covered and shut by the tamper evident security tape when sealed. This provides a more tamper resistant closure than the conventional folded flaps.
■ A one piece constructed tamper evident tape is used for the sealing of the bag closure. This design is far more secure than the 2 stage sealing design where it uses hot-melt glue to provide the adhesion. Hot-melt glue is very unstable when heated thus compromising its security.
■ The tape will provide a clear permanent evidence on attempts to open the seal with solvent, extreme heat and cold, mechanical peeling or cutting and resealing the tape with a transparent adhesive tape.

Triple Tight Seal - Highly Tamper Evident Plastic Seal
1. The staggered triple locking mechanism ensures secured locking even when assertive force is applied.

* The Triple Tight Seal SP Difference:
There are two versions of the Triple Tight Seals: the Standard (STD) and Special (SP).
The Triple Tight SP Seal has a narrower strap than the Standard Triple Tight seal. With a 3mm strap width, the seal fits into smaller locking loops, thus catering for more applications.
Further, the advanced floating locking mechanism makes it more user-friendly and makes colour-coding an advanced option.

Mega Twister - Durable plastic and wire utility seal
1. Mega Twister seals are etched with permanent laser marking. Laser marking offers the highest level of security as it cannot be removed and replaced.
2. The side flap area is etched with sequential numbering, logo or other customised marking for high security and easy identification.
3. Colour coding is possible by combinations of clear transparent body and multi-coloured twister.
4. Heat stacking technology is used to permanently affix the twister in the seal body. This technology will leave clear evidence of tampering if the seal is cut or forced open.
5. Mega Fortris Cable Locks are all anodised in solid colours which accommodate customised laser marking. Anodising also makes identification and colour coding easy from a distance.

Metal Clip Seal - A highly versatile and low cost metal seal
1. The Clip Seal is designed with several breaking points. If the seal is tampered and opened, it will therefore break. Thus, it cannot be applied again.
2. The Metal Clip Seal can be supplied with or without wire; in customized lengths or in rolls.
3. All Metal Clip Seals are embossed with customized marking e.g. logo and sequential serial numbers.
4. The seal is easily applied without use of any tools. A cutter is required to remove the seal at destination.
■ This metal clip seal is manufactured in a way that makes it highly tamper evident. If the seal is tampered and opened, it will therefore break and it cannot be re-sealed.
■ Some of the applications for which the Metal Clip seal is used: coin boxes e.g. in the telecommunication industry, mail sacks, cement bags, drum closures, utility meters, small fastenings in general.
■ The seal is also very useful where several openings next to each other must be sealed. The wire can be cut to any length and can be put through a series of openings before sealing with a single Clip Seal.

Cable Breakaway Seal - tamper evident metal barrier or semi barrier seals
1. The Cable Breakaway Seals are high quality low-cost cable seals.
2. Strong metal construction. Steel cable and rust proof aluminium body.
3. Permanent laser marking of sequential numbering, logo and other customized identification is provided.

Specifications
■ The Cable Breakaway seals are locked by turning the provided shear bolt until it securely locks the wire in place. The shaft of the shear bolt breaks when it has tightened the wire – and the seal can only be removed with a cable cutter.
■ The Cable Breakaway seals are highly cost effective compared to other cable seals made from premium quality materials.

Security Labels
.: Key Features :.
■ TE (Tamper Evident) labels provide you with a physical evidence of tampering by revealing a hidden message if the label is peeled or removed and it is an excellent deterrent to theft as any attempt of entry will be made known instantaneously by the revealed "VOID" message. These labels are heat and freeze resistant.
■ TE labels are sequentially numbered to prevent duplication and copying. Customised company name and logo can be printed to further enhance security. Bar coding can also be provided as an option for data recording. Any normal pen can write on the label face. Standard colour is blue. Other colours are available for large quantities. Standard sizes are 30mm x 78mm and 20mm x 60mm. Custom sizes are available for larger quantities.
■ TE labels are made from high quality adhesive, which is suitable for almost all application surfaces either indoor or outdoor. There are 3 distinct types of "Tamper Evident Triggering Systems” available for different types of application:
Partial Transfer System
Adhesives will be partially transferred to the applied surface.
Suitable when sealing evidence is required on the applied surface for audit purpose.
Total Transfer System
Adhesives will be totally transferred to the applied surface.
Suitable when the applied surface is fibrous.
Non Transfer System
Virtually no adhesives or residual will be transferred to the applied surface.
Suitable when the seal is needed to be periodically broken and
subsequently resealed again.

Tamper Evident Tapes
.: Key Features :.
■ TE Tapes provide you with physical evidence of tampering by revealing a hidden message if the tape is removed. TE tapes with it self-voiding feature provides an excellent deterrent to theft while sealing your carton. Any attempt of entry will be made known instantaneously by revealing a highly visible "OPEN / VOID" message.
■ The surface of TE tapes is silicon coated. Any attempts to cut open the tape and resealing it again with transparent tape will be impossible.
■ TE tapes are heat and freeze resistant.
There are 2 types packing tapes:
Series 3: Transparent film with a 2 tone appearance, the standard width is 50mm
Series 7: Solid colour film, comes in a standard width of 48mm
■ Use mainly to seal non-reusable paper boxes or packages.
■ Standard lengths of 30M and 50MM
■ Standard colour available is Red, Blue, Orange, Yellow, Green and White.
